Following its interventions, the Pôle de Dakar provides countries with assistance in designing their education policies. Upon request, the Pôle de Dakar can provide support on three levels:
Building on evidences from diagnoses in defining a sector strategy; Taking account of education policy options and financial framework; Assisting country in drafting and presenting its strategy document; Support in requesting of additional financing from GPE, etc.
Breaking down the strategy into budgeted activities over the short and medium term; Programme intervention logic; Logical framework; Activity timeline; Monitoring & evaluation matrix.
Medium-term budget programming consistent with the sector plan for results-based management; Defining priority objectives and activities to help achieve them; Resource predictability and consistency of actions.
