IIEP-UNESCO Dakar increases participation to its TVET management training course
The IIEP has increased the number of participants in the second intake of its Technical and Vocational Education and Training Management (TVET) course.
The second intake of PGEFTP was launched online on Monday 27th September 2021. The course continues to attract high-level industry specialists and sector personnel from various African countries.
The second session has 52 participants, 45 from six African countries: Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea, Senegal, Tunisia and the Union of Comoros.

IIEP-UNESCO launches Short Course on Gender-Responsive Educational Planning in English
More than 50 participants from 21 English-speaking African countries are enrolled.
The Short Course on Gender-Responsive Educational Planning aims to strengthen the capacity of executives and managers to carry out and apply gender analysis in and through education sector planning. A French version of the course took place in 2020.

TVET experts at IIEP-UNESCO Dakar office developed the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Management (PGEFTP) course. The training starts at the end of September each year. Each class has about 40 participants from a variety of French-speaking African countries.
